- How long will it take to complete construction of my new home?
- Does the community have a homeowners association (HOA)? If so, how much are the fees, and can I get a copy of the rules and bylaws?
- What's your process for inspection at key points of construction, final walk-through, and to address any issues that need to be addressed?
